Prohibits employers from requiring employees to join or refrain from joining labor organizations as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to pay union dues, fees, assessments, or equivalent charitable contributions as a condition of employment.

Declares any agreement between labor organizations and employers that violates these employee rights to be unlawful, null, and void.

Establishes violations as class C misdemeanors and provides injured parties the right to seek injunctive relief and recover damages including attorney fees.

Exempts federal employers, railway workers covered by the Railway Labor Act, and collective bargaining agreements entered into before the law's effective date, though the law applies to new agreements and renewals.
