Requires state political party committees to include proof of identity and proof of United States citizenship for presidential and vice presidential nominees when certifying them to the secretary of state (amends section 115.399).

Requires proof of identity and proof of United States citizenship to be submitted with written requests for presidential primary ballot inclusion (amends section 115.761).

Maintains existing certification deadlines: twelfth Tuesday prior to presidential election for president/vice president nominees, and third Tuesday prior for presidential elector nominees.

Establishes filing window for presidential primary candidates from 8:00 a.m. on the fifteenth Tuesday to 5:00 p.m. on the eleventh Tuesday prior to the primary election.

Allows candidates to request removal from the presidential primary ballot by filing a sworn statement no later than 5:00 p.m. on the eleventh Tuesday prior to the primary election.
