Replaces license plate tabs with window stickers as evidence of current vehicle registration, effective January 1, 2012, for all vehicles except motorcycles and trailers which continue to use tabs

Window stickers must be placed on the inside front windshield in an area prescribed by the director of revenue and serve as prima facie evidence that registration fees have been paid

Motorcycles and trailers remain exempt and continue to receive license plate tabs instead of window stickers

Establishes a fee of $8.50 for replacement window stickers when lost, stolen, mutilated, or destroyed, consistent with existing plate tab replacement fees

Allows persons who report stolen window stickers with a police report to receive up to two replacement window stickers per year at no cost
