Creates the "Missouri Firearms Freedom Act" as section 21.755 of Missouri law to exempt intrastate firearms, accessories, and ammunition from federal regulation under the interstate commerce clause.

Declares that firearms, accessories, and ammunition manufactured and remaining within Missouri borders are not subject to federal law, registration, or regulation, citing the Ninth, Tenth, and Second Amendments and Article I, Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution.

Permits use of imported generic and insignificant parts (springs, screws, nuts, pins) and basic materials (unmachined steel, unshaped wood) in Missouri-manufactured firearms without subjecting them to federal regulation.

Excludes from the act's protections: firearms that cannot be carried by one person, firearms with bore diameter greater than one-half inch using smokeless powder, exploding ammunition, and firearms discharging multiple projectiles with one trigger activation.

Requires firearms manufactured or sold under this act to have "Made in Missouri" clearly stamped on a central metallic part such as the receiver or frame.
