Repeals and replaces sections 578.501 and 578.502 of Missouri law relating to funeral protest restrictions, naming the revised law "Spc. Edward Lee Myers' Law"

Makes it unlawful to engage in picketing or protest activities in front of or within 300 feet of a funeral location during one hour before commencement through one hour after cessation of the funeral

Defines "funeral" as ceremonies and memorial services held in connection with burial or cremation of the dead, and "other protest activities" as any action undertaken to disrupt or disturb a funeral

Establishes violation as a class B misdemeanor for first offense, upgrading to class A misdemeanor for repeat offenders who have previously pled guilty or been found guilty of the same violation

Specifies that each day of violation constitutes a separate offense
