Establishes minimum starting salary of $32,500 per year for Corrections Officer I in training and on probation, effective July 1, 2011

Increases Corrections Officer I salary to minimum $33,750 after successful completion of probationary period performance evaluation

Increases Corrections Officer I salary to minimum $35,000 per year or 75% of average Missouri highway patrolman first class salary (whichever is greater) after three years of continuous service with successful performance evaluation

Sets minimum salaries for higher ranks at $3,500 annual increments above the previous rank: Corrections Officer II, III, Corrections Supervisor I, and Corrections Supervisor II
