MO HB41

Renames the Amber Alert System to the "Amber Alert and Silver Alert System" to include missing endangered persons in addition to abducted children.

Defines "endangered person" as an individual missing under unexplained, involuntary, or suspicious circumstances who is believed to be in danger due to age, health, disability, environmental conditions, or proximity to a potentially dangerous person.

Requires missing person reports filed with law enforcement to include the name, address, and phone number of the missing person's guardian, if any.

Establishes that the Alert System Oversight Committee shall develop criteria and procedures for both Amber and Silver alerts and promulgate rules for implementation and return of endangered persons.

Makes knowingly filing a false report that triggers an alert a Class A misdemeanor.
