Creates the "Missouri Radon Awareness Act" requiring sellers of residential real property to provide buyers with a standardized radon hazard disclosure form prior to or upon offer acceptance.

Sellers must disclose whether elevated radon concentrations are present, provide all available test records, or indicate they have no knowledge of elevated levels or that prior levels have been mitigated.

Buyers must receive the EPA's Home Buyer's and Seller's Guide to Radon pamphlet and have an opportunity to review radon information and amend their offer if disclosure occurs after making an initial offer.

Exempts certain transfers including court-ordered transfers, foreclosures, transfers between family members, transfers to government entities, and residential units on the third story or higher of multi-unit buildings.

Applies only to residential real property with 1-4 dwelling units and transfers made by sale, with specific definitions of radon hazards based on EPA recommended action levels.
