Increases the MO HealthNet Oversight Committee membership from 18 to 19 members by adding one mental health professional (psychiatrist, psychologist, or professional counselor licensed under chapter 334 or 337)

Mental health professional appointment type shall rotate with each new term among psychiatrists, psychologists, and professional counselors

Mental health professional shall be recommended by Missouri organizations or associations representing significant numbers of the respective profession

Renumbers subsequent committee positions accordingly (patient advocates become position 10, public member becomes position 11, ex-officio directors become position 12)

All other committee composition, appointment procedures, duties, and subcommittee requirements remain unchanged from existing law
