Adds section 537.033 to Missouri law establishing a peer review process for design professionals (architects, landscape architects, land surveyors, and engineers) to evaluate quality and utilization of professional services

Permits peer review committees to be appointed by state/county/local professional societies, partnerships/corporations, or sole proprietors to conduct quality evaluations and prepare lessons-learned documentation

Grants immunity from civil liability to peer reviewers, committee members, and participants who act in good faith, without malice, and within the scope of the peer review process

Makes peer review interviews, memoranda, proceedings, findings, deliberations, reports, and minutes confidential and not subject to discovery, subpoena, or admission as evidence in judicial or administrative actions

Preserves the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors and Landscape Architects' authority to obtain peer review information by subpoena or other legal process in investigations within its jurisdiction
