Requires statewide athletic organizations with public school district members to publish an annual report on the impact of concussions and head injuries on student athletes, including efforts to minimize injury damages

First annual report must be completed and distributed by January 31, 2012, with reports distributed to the joint committee on education, house education committee, and senate education committee

Reports must be made available to school districts and parents of students

Prohibits public schools from joining or remaining members of any statewide athletic organization that fails to comply with the reporting requirements
