Authorizes the Missouri dental board to issue a limited teaching license to dentists employed as instructors in accredited dental schools in Missouri.

Limited teaching license holders may practice dentistry only within the confines of accredited dental school programs and must renew every two years.

License is automatically cancelled if the holder ceases employment as an instructor at the dental school and is subject to discipline under existing board regulations.

Applicants must hold a dental degree, pass the National Board Examination, pass a state or regional competency exam within the previous five years, and pass a Missouri dental laws jurisprudence exam with at least 80 percent.

Applicants must hold current American Heart Association Basic Life Support or Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification, demonstrate English language proficiency, and submit a completed application with applicable fees.
