Repeals and replaces sections 578.501 and 578.502 of Missouri law relating to funeral protests, collectively known as "Spc. Edward Lee Myers' Law"

Makes it unlawful to engage in picketing or protest activities in front of or about any location where a funeral is held, from one hour before until one hour after the funeral

Section 578.502 extends the restricted zone to 300 feet from the funeral location during the same time periods

Defines "funeral" as ceremonies and memorial services held in connection with burial or cremation of the dead

Defines "other protest activities" as any disruptive action undertaken to disrupt or disturb a funeral; first violation is a class B misdemeanor, repeat violations are a class A misdemeanor
