Establishes the Agritourism Promotion Act allowing persons engaged in agritourism activities to register with the Missouri Department of Agriculture for a two-year period.

Requires registered agritourism operators to post warning signs and include notice in contracts stating participants assume inherent risks of agritourism activities, with letters at least one inch in height.

Provides liability protection to registered agritourism operators for injuries or deaths resulting from inherent risks of agritourism activities, except in cases of willful or wanton conduct or when operator has actual knowledge of dangerous conditions and fails to disclose them.

Establishes an Agritourism Fee Fund from registration fees (not to exceed $100 per applicant) and appropriations to fund directional signage, placement, maintenance, and administration of the program.

Requires the Department of Agriculture to maintain a public list of registered agritourism operators, their activities, and locations, and to promote and publicize them to encourage tourism.
