Sets cost ranges of $50-$300 for misdemeanor and probation/parole revocation cases and $100-$750 for felony cases, with prosecutor able to request higher amounts with supporting documentation.

Requires courts to impose costs regardless of defendant's ability to pay, with payment deadlines tied to probation end date, parole end date, or five years after sentencing/imprisonment.

Makes unpaid costs a condition of probation or parole, allowing revocation for non-payment, and permits collection by any legal enforcement method.

Amends sections 559.021 and 559.100 to explicitly authorize courts to order payment of prosecutorial and investigative costs as conditions of probation or parole.
