Prohibits persons or businesses from misrepresenting their geographic location by listing a fictitious or assumed business name in telephone directories, written advertisements, television, radio, or flyers.

Violation occurs only when the business name misrepresents geographic location AND the listing or advertisement fails to include the business address and state.

Provides immunity from liability for advertising platforms, telephone directory providers, and their agents unless they are the same entity as the supplier committing the deceptive act.

Classifies violations as unlawful practices under section 407.020, subjecting violators to enforcement under Missouri's consumer protection laws.
