Repeals and reenacts Section 570.080, RSMo to redefine penalties for receiving stolen property based on value and type of property involved.

Establishes class C felony charges for receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more but less than $25,000, or when property is physically taken from a victim's person.

Designates specific property categories as automatic class C felonies regardless of value, including motor vehicles, firearms, credit cards, explosives, livestock, controlled substances, anhydrous ammonia, and ammonium nitrate.

Creates class B felony charges for offenses involving property or services valued at $25,000 or more, and for repeat livestock theft offenses exceeding $3,000 in value with mandatory 80 percent minimum sentence before parole eligibility.

Makes receiving stolen property a class A misdemeanor when no other penalty is specified, and allows separate felony charges for multiple items each exceeding $500 in value.
