Defines "labor organization" as any organization, agency, or union dealing with employers regarding wages, hours, compensation, or other employment conditions.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to join or refrain from joining a labor organization as a condition of employment.

Prohibits requiring employees to pay dues, fees, assessments, or equivalent charitable contributions to labor organizations as a condition of employment.

Declares any agreement between employers and labor organizations that violates these employee rights unlawful, null, and void.

Establishes violations as a class C misdemeanor and provides injured persons the right to seek injunctive relief and recover damages including attorney fees.

Exempts the law from applying to Railway Labor Act employers/employees, federal employers/employees, federal enclaves, and existing collective bargaining agreements (applies only to new or renewed agreements).
