Adds new subdivision (11) to unlawful use of weapons statute making it a crime to possess a firearm while also possessing controlled substances sufficient for a felony violation under section 195.202.

Classifies the new firearm and controlled substance offense as a class D felony, consistent with other unlawful use of weapons violations.

Maintains existing exemptions for law enforcement officers, judges, prosecutors, and other official duties personnel who are authorized to carry firearms.

Preserves existing exceptions for concealed carry endorsement holders and allows qualified retired peace officers to carry concealed firearms with proper identification and training certification.

Retains all other provisions of section 571.030 related to unlawful use of weapons, including restrictions on carrying concealed weapons, discharging firearms in certain locations, and carrying firearms in schools.
