Repeal and replace section 304.015 of Missouri law regarding vehicle lane usage on highways and public roads.

Establish that vehicles must drive in the right half of roadways, with specific exceptions for overtaking, left turns, construction closures, and one-way streets.

Prohibit trucks registered for gross weight over 48,000 pounds from using the far left-hand lane on interstate highways, freeways, or expressways with three or more lanes in urbanized areas, except during emergencies or when right/center lanes are closed for construction.

Classify violations of lane usage rules as Class C misdemeanors, escalating to Class B misdemeanors if violations create immediate accident threats, or Class A misdemeanors if accidents result.

Require that highway signs identifying truck lane restrictions be covered or hidden in construction/repair work areas and for two miles preceding such areas.
