Repeals and re-enacts section 483.015, RSMo, regarding appointment of circuit clerks in Missouri

Circuit clerks in the 22nd and 28th judicial circuits shall be appointed by majority vote of circuit judges and associate circuit judges of those circuits, en banc

Circuit clerk for Scott County in the 33rd judicial circuit shall be appointed by majority vote of circuit judges and associate circuit judges of that county, en banc

Appointed circuit clerks under this section are removable for cause by majority vote of their respective circuit and associate circuit judges, en banc, per supreme court administrative rules

Elected circuit clerks in those circuits and county serving at the time of this section's effective date shall continue in office for the remainder of their elected terms
