• Funds operations of 17 adult correctional institutions including personnel, facility expenses, food services, inmate wages, and discharge costs across locations from Bowling Green to Charleston.

• Allocates $138,856,855 for offender physical and mental health care contractual services and $73,044,753 for the Board of Probation and Parole operations including community release centers and supervision.

• Provides $33,768,821 for Missouri Correctional Enterprises and $9,538,475 for substance abuse services, education, and toxicology testing programs.

• Includes $38,060,616 for county aid covering criminal case costs, transportation of convicted criminals, housing, and extradition expenses.
