Grants immunity from civil and criminal liability to any person who reports suspected child abuse to appropriate authorities under sections 210.110 to 210.165

Extends immunity to those who take color photographs, make radiologic examinations, remove or retain a child, or cooperate with law enforcement, courts, or child-protective service agencies in response to suspected abuse

Provides immunity to persons who notify agents of medical institutions, schools, or public or private agencies of suspected abuse

Includes protection from liability for third parties resulting from actions taken by institutions or agencies based on abuse notifications

Eliminates immunity protections for anyone who intentionally files a false report, acts in bad faith, or acts with ill intent
