Mandates that purchasers of hearing devices with audio switch technology receive instruction on proper use of the technology.

Requires purchase agreements to inform purchasers about the Missouri telecommunications equipment distribution program, which provides assistive telecommunications devices to state residents with hearing loss.

Maintains existing purchase agreement requirements including licensee credentials, hearing instrument specifications (make, model, serial number), down payment amounts, trial period details, return rights, and clear disclosure of used/reconditioned status.

Applies to hearing instrument sellers under both audiologist licensure (sections 345.010-345.080) and general hearing instrument fitting practice (section 346.020) regulations.
