Urges the United States Forest Service to amend or rescind the Travel Management Rule (36 CFR 212, Subpart B) that became effective January 8, 2009, which restricts motor vehicle access in the Mark Twain National Forest

Requests increased motor vehicle access to areas of the Mark Twain National Forest, citing concerns that current restrictions limit access for disabled and elderly persons who wish to hunt, fish, and observe nature and wildlife

Notes the Mark Twain National Forest spans 1.5 million acres across 29 counties in southern and central Missouri, containing 320 bird species, 75 mammal species, and 125 amphibian and reptile species

Directs the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send inscribed copies of the resolution to the Chief of the United States Forest Service and all members of the Missouri Congressional Delegation
