Missouri applies to Congress under Article V of the U.S. Constitution to call an amendment convention, which requires applications from two-thirds of state legislatures.

The Missouri House Chief Clerk must distribute copies of this resolution to the U.S. President, Speaker of the U.S. House, and presiding officers of all state legislative chambers.
