Authorizes the Missouri House of Representatives to employ staff between May 13, 2011, and January 4, 2012, following adjournment of the regular session.

Permits employment of secretarial, administrative, research, budget, and support staff as necessary for House operations, including veto, special, or extraordinary sessions.

Limits total employment to the amount authorized by appropriations.

Designates the Speaker to appoint interim employees, with employment terms established by the Committee on Administration and Accounts.
