Prohibits employers from requiring employees to join or refrain from joining a labor organization as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to pay dues, fees, assessments, or other charges to a labor organization, or to pay equivalent amounts to charities or third parties in lieu of union dues.

Declares any agreement between labor organizations and employers that violates these employee rights unlawful, null, and void with no legal effect.

Establishes violations as a class C misdemeanor and provides injured parties the right to seek injunctive relief and recover damages including costs and reasonable attorney fees.

Requires prosecuting attorneys and the attorney general to investigate complaints and enforce the law; exempts employers covered by the federal Railway Labor Act, federal employers, and agreements entered into before the effective date.

Submitted to Missouri voters for approval or rejection at the election held on Tuesday following the first Monday in August 2012.
