Prohibits requiring employees as a condition of employment to join or refrain from joining a labor organization, or pay dues, fees, assessments, or equivalent charitable contributions to labor organizations

Declares any agreement between labor organizations and employers that violates these employee rights to be unlawful, null, and void with no legal effect

Establishes violation of the section as a class C misdemeanor and allows injured persons to seek injunctive relief and recover damages including attorney fees

Requires county prosecuting attorneys and the state attorney general to investigate complaints and prosecute violations

Does not apply to Railway Labor Act employers/employees, federal employers/employees, exclusive federal enclaves, or existing collective bargaining agreements entered before the effective date, but applies to new agreements or renewals
