Prohibits requiring employees as a condition of employment to join or refrain from joining a labor organization, or to pay dues, fees, assessments, or equivalent charitable contributions to any labor organization

Declares any agreement between a labor organization and employer that violates these employee rights to be unlawful, null, and void

Establishes violations as a class C misdemeanor and provides injured persons the right to seek injunctive relief and recover all damages including costs and reasonable attorney fees

Requires prosecuting attorneys and the state attorney general to investigate complaints and prosecute violations

Exempts employers and employees covered by the federal Railway Labor Act, federal employers and employees, exclusive federal enclaves, and existing collective bargaining agreements entered into before the section's effective date, but applies to any new agreements or renewals
