Repeals sections 194.115, 475.060, and 475.061 and enacts 27 new sections relating to guardianship and autopsy consent procedures.

Modifies autopsy consent requirements to allow any child, parent, brother or sister of a deceased individual to petition the court to order an autopsy if the individual was unable to consent prior to death.

Enacts the "Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act" (sections 475.501-475.555) establishing exclusive jurisdictional standards for Missouri courts to appoint guardians or issue protective orders for adults.

Allows guardianship or conservatorship proceedings to be transferred between states through provisional and final orders, with courts recognizing appointments from other states upon registration.

Changes petition requirements for guardianship of minors and incapacitated persons to clarify information needed about trustees and trust purposes, effective August 28, 2011.
