Creates a nonrenewable "Advanced Placement Incentive Grant" of $500 per eligible student to be administered by the Missouri Department of Higher Education, subject to appropriation

Eligible students must receive an award under either the Access Missouri financial assistance program or the A+ Schools program

Eligible students must have earned grades of three or higher on two or more Advanced Placement examinations in mathematics or science while attending a Missouri public high school

Amends chapter 173, RSMo by adding section 173.1350
