Lowers the minimum age requirement for concealed carry endorsement applicants from 23 years old to 21 years old.

Concealed carry endorsements remain valid for 3 years from date of issuance or renewal and are valid throughout Missouri.

Applicants must submit a completed application, firearms safety training certificate, and a nonrefundable fee (up to $100 for initial application, $50 for renewal) to the county or city sheriff.

Sheriff must conduct criminal background checks and fingerprinting; certificates are issued within 3 working days of approval or within 45 calendar days if background check is pending.

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including U.S. citizenship, residency, no disqualifying criminal convictions, no mental health commitments within 5 years, and no active protective orders.
