Prohibits employers from transmitting an employee's or customer's full name on any address system announcing information to the general public

Prohibits employers from providing an employee's work schedule to any person other than the employee or the employee's designee

Prohibits employers from providing an employee's personal information such as home address or telephone number to any person not working for the employer without the employee's prior consent

Makes violations a class B misdemeanor and creates civil liability for any damages incurred as a direct result of the violation

Prohibits retaliation, eviction, harassment, or dismissal of employees or patrons who report violations or suspected violations of these provisions
