Adds section 537.033 to Missouri law establishing a peer review process for licensed architects, landscape architects, land surveyors, and engineers to evaluate quality and utilization of professional services and prepare internal lessons-learned

Authorizes peer review processes to be conducted by individuals or committees appointed by professional societies, by partners/shareholders/employees of design firms, or by firm leadership and sole proprietors

Grants civil liability immunity to peer reviewers, committee members, and participants who act in good faith, without malice, and within the scope of the peer review inquiry

Makes all peer review interviews, memoranda, proceedings, findings, deliberations, reports, and minutes privileged and confidential, not subject to discovery, subpoena, or admissibility in judicial or administrative proceedings

Preserves the Missouri licensing board's authority to obtain peer review information through subpoena or other authorized process for investigations within its jurisdiction
