Repeals and replaces section 376.782, RSMo to expand health insurance coverage requirements for mammography and breast cancer screening

Requires all individual and group health insurance policies issued to Missouri residents on or after August 28, 1991 to provide low-dose mammography screening for nonsymptomatic women, including baseline mammograms for ages 35-39, mammograms every two years for ages 40-49, annual mammograms for ages 50 and over, and mammograms for women with family history of breast cancer

Mandates coverage for comprehensive ultrasound screening of breasts if a mammogram demonstrates heterogeneous or dense breast tissue, or if a woman is at increased risk for breast cancer based on family history, prior personal history, positive genetic testing, or physician determination

Requires all mammography reports provided to patients on or after August 28, 2011 to include information about breast density and a notice explaining that supplementary screening tests such as ultrasound or MRI may be beneficial for women with dense breast tissue

Mandates that mammography coverage and benefits be at least as favorable as other radiological examinations regarding dollar limits, deductibles, and co-payments
