MO SB37

Establishes the "Students First Interscholastic Activities Act" to ensure all Missouri high school students, including those in public schools, private schools, virtual schools, and homeschools, have equal access to interscholastic activities.

Requires schools to publicly identify by July 1st each year the interscholastic activities they offer and the approximate number of students who may participate in each activity.

Sets eligibility requirements for participation including: age 14-19, Missouri residency, U.S. citizenship or lawful presence, medical clearance for physical activities, and meeting school district academic standards.

Allows school districts to declare a student ineligible for two years if they leave a public school with insufficient grades but later attain satisfactory grades in another education program and then seek to rejoin their former district's activities.

Prohibits school districts from becoming members of or paying fees to unincorporated voluntary associations of Missouri secondary schools.
