Repeals sections 115.225 and 115.237 of Missouri law and replaces them with new provisions governing voting methods and ballot requirements.

Requires official ballots to be paper ballots hand-marked by voters, or for disabled voters needing assistance, marked by paper ballot-marking devices designed for accessibility.

Eliminates the "straight ticket" voting option that previously allowed voters to select all candidates of one party with a single selection in partisan elections.

Removes the requirement that electronic voting systems permit single-punch voting for presidential candidates and electors; systems must now produce results from paper ballots marked by hand or by accessible marking devices.

Allows election authorities to continue using direct-record electronic touch-screen machines only for disabled voters who request them, with replacement by paper ballot marking devices upon removal from inventory.
