Adds section 162.209 to Missouri law prohibiting school districts from joining or maintaining membership in statewide activities associations that restrict athletic or activity eligibility based on student residency circumstances

Prevents eligibility restrictions for students whose parents maintain residences in different school districts and who change residences to live with either parent and enroll in a school where that parent physically resides

Prohibits eligibility restrictions for students who own and maintain their own residence

Prohibits eligibility restrictions for students who otherwise live alone
