Adds section 376.444 to Missouri law prohibiting health carriers and participating providers from including certain contract provisions in agreements under chapter 376 or 354.

Prohibits provisions that prevent providers from contracting with other health carriers at lower prices or grant carriers the option to prohibit such contracting.

Prohibits provisions requiring providers to accept lower payments if they agree to provide services to another carrier at a lower price.

Prohibits provisions allowing carriers to terminate or renegotiate agreements if providers contract with other carriers at lower prices.

Prohibits provisions requiring providers to disclose their contractual reimbursement rates with other health carriers; applies to licensed pharmacies and home health agencies as well as other providers.

Declares any contract provision violating these restrictions void and unenforceable.
