Submits constitutional amendment to Missouri voters at the November 2012 general election establishing a citizens' right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife.

Vests control, management, restoration, conservation, and regulation of bird, fish, game, forestry, and wildlife resources in the state conservation commission.

Prohibits laws, rules, and regulations from unreasonably restricting hunting, fishing, harvesting wildlife, or use of traditional devices and methods.

Requires that all hunting and fishing laws, rules, and regulations be designed for wildlife conservation and management and preserve the future of hunting and fishing, with public hunting and fishing designated as preferred wildlife management tools.

Preserves existing trespass and property rights laws, preventing the amendment from modifying common law or statutes related to trespass or property ownership.
