Urges United States Congress to recognize the importance of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program to Missouri, the military, and national security and to support high production and full funding.

States the F-35 program generates more than 500 high-technology, high-paying jobs for Missouri and provides sustained annual economic impact of over $35 million.

Identifies Missouri as home to Air Force Global Strike Command and Whiteman Air Force Base, which depend on military base economic impact for jobs and community support.

Contends that the F-35 is critical for military modernization to replace aging aircraft and secure United States air superiority for the next generation.

Directs the Secretary of the Missouri Senate to send inscribed copies of the resolution to the President of the United States, President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House, and all Missouri Congressional delegation members.
