Prohibits employers from requiring employees to become members of labor organizations or refrain from membership as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to pay dues, fees, assessments, or other charges to labor organizations, or to pay equivalent amounts to charities or third parties in lieu of union dues.

Declares agreements between labor organizations and employers that violate these employee rights to be unlawful, null, and void.

Establishes violation as a class C misdemeanor and allows injured persons to seek injunctive relief and recover damages including attorney fees.

Does not apply to federal employers, Railway Labor Act employees, exclusive federal enclaves, or collective bargaining agreements entered before the effective date, but applies to new agreements and renewals.
