Allows persons who have received the Navy Cross under Section 6242 of Title 20 of the United States Code to apply for special motor vehicle license plates.

Eligible vehicles are those owned solely or jointly by the Navy Cross recipient, excluding apportioned motor vehicles and commercial vehicles exceeding 18,000 pounds gross weight.

License plates shall display "NAVY CROSS" instead of "SHOW-ME STATE" and include an image of the Navy Cross, designed with fully reflective material and visible at night.

An additional fee equal to the personalized license plate fee applies for each set of Navy Cross plates issued, with no limit on the number of sets one qualified person may obtain.

Co-owners of vehicles with Navy Cross plates may continue operating the vehicle with such plates for the remainder of the licensing year following the death of the qualified Navy Cross recipient.
