Repeals and replaces section 304.180, RSMo, which governs vehicle weight restrictions on Missouri highways.

Establishes maximum axle weight limits of 20,000 pounds on single axles and 34,000 pounds on tandem axles for all vehicles.

Allows vehicles hauling milk from farms to processing facilities to operate at a maximum gross weight of 85,500 pounds on non-interstate highways, exceeding standard weight limits.

Permits existing weight limit exceptions for livestock hauling (85,500 pounds maximum on specific US routes) and concrete pump trucks/well-drilling equipment with special permits.

Provides a 2,000-pound tolerance above standard limits for vehicles on non-interstate roads, with a maximum gross weight cap of 80,000 pounds except for livestock and milk hauling operations.
