Creates new crime of threatening or using violence to prevent agricultural department inspectors from performing duties, with penalties of class B misdemeanor for first offense and class A misdemeanor for subsequent violations.

Creates new crime of impersonating an agricultural department inspector, agent, or employee, punishable as class B misdemeanor for first offense and class A misdemeanor for repeat violations.
