Requires random urine chemical testing of all General Assembly members during legislative sessions to detect drug content, with costs paid by the tested member.

Tests must be performed according to methods approved by the Department of Health and Senior Services by licensed medical personnel or persons with a valid permit from the department.

Members testing positive for illegal drugs or unprescribed controlled substances must be immediately removed from office and prohibited from running for any elective office for two years.

Defines "drug" as marijuana, narcotic drugs, controlled substances as defined in chapter 195, or metabolites of such substances.
