Upgrades trespass in the first degree from a class B misdemeanor to a class A misdemeanor.

Changes trespass in the second degree from an infraction to a class B misdemeanor.

Elevates false impersonation from a class B misdemeanor to a class D felony, and false impersonation of a law enforcement officer or public servant from a class A misdemeanor to a class C felony.

Adds "public servant" to the definition of offenses enhanced under false impersonation laws, expanding protection beyond law enforcement officers alone.

Establishes procedures for correcting arrest and court records when false impersonation is discovered, including expungement of incorrect identifying information and victim notification rights.
