Department of Conservation must provide a copy of its current violation code and point system list to every applicant for and holder of a hunting, trapping, or fishing license or permit by January 1, 2013.

Violation code and point system list must be made available to the public on the Department of Conservation's website.

Licensees who have points assessed against their license must receive written notification from the Department of Conservation.

No hunting, trapping, or fishing license or permit can be revoked after January 1, 2013 based on point accumulation unless the licensee was previously provided the violation code and point system list and notified of the assessed points.

Any licensee whose license is revoked in violation of these requirements must be reimbursed three times the original license fee.
