Amends Chapter 544, RSMo by adding Section 544.378 to establish admissibility of field test results for controlled substance violations under sections 195.010 to 195.425.

Makes field test results admissible at preliminary hearings and in arrest warrant applications if the law enforcement officer conducting the test is trained and certified in the appropriate procedures.

Specifies 15 types of reagent-based field tests that are admissible as evidence of controlled substance identity, including Marquis, Mandelin, Duquenois-Levine, Scott, Cobalt thiocyanate, and Mecke's reagents.

Field test results remain subject to other substantive or procedural objections during court proceedings.
